Higgsfield Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and Unlimited Limits
Higgsfield pricing starts at $15 per month for Starter, $49 for Plus and $129 for Ultra, according to Higgsfield’s plan breakdown published on 24 October 2026. The cheapest suitable plan depends less on the headline credit allowance than on whether it unlocks your video model, generation mode and required resolution. This guide maps those entitlements, annual commitments, Unlimited windows and the credit cost of a complete job.
Checked: 25 October 2026. The figures below are a dated snapshot of Higgsfield’s published information, not a completed checkout or a signed-in generation test. Higgsfield has displayed conflicting promotional plan grids during October; confirm the offer shown to your account before paying. If you want to compare a separate credit-based workflow, the DIY AI Video Generator displays a quote before generation and offers an eligible seven-day trial with 50 credits. It requires a card and newsletter sign-up, then costs US$9.99/month unless you cancel.
Higgsfield plans compared: which one can run your job?
| Plan | Monthly payment | Annual billing | Credits per allowance period | Practical access |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Not applicable | No paid credit balance; limited free generations | Restricted image and character tools; no commercial use in the published plan table |
| Starter | $15/month | No lower annual rate confirmed in the latest offer | 200 | Selected models, including Seedance 2.0 Fast/Mini; not Seedance 2.5 |
| Plus | $49/month | $39/month equivalent; $468 upfront for 12 months | 1,000 | All listed models, including Seedance 2.5, Veo and higher-resolution Kling; advanced workflows |
| Ultra | $129/month | $99/month equivalent; $1,188 upfront for 12 months | 3,000 | All listed models, larger allowance, more parallel jobs |
| Team | $79 per seat/month | Advertised from $65 per seat/month equivalent; $780 per seat upfront | 1,000 per seat, pooled | Shared workspace for 2-9 people |
| Scale | $215 per seat/month | Annual checkout amount not confirmed in the latest published grid | 2,500 per seat, pooled | 5-15 people, including spend controls and single sign-on |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Contracted capacity, administration and terms |
Read the annual column carefully. Plus and Ultra annual amounts are calculated as 12 times the monthly-equivalent rates shown in Higgsfield’s October documentation. They are upfront commitments, not $39 or $99 charged each month. The latest 24 October plan explainer confirms the $15/$49/$129 monthly tiers but does not restate every annual discount; annual figures and Team’s advertised starting rate must be checked at checkout. All prices are in US dollars, before applicable taxes.
There is a genuine source conflict. A pricing-page snapshot from earlier in October showed Starter at $19 with 270 credits and Plus at $59 with 1,200 credits, whereas Higgsfield’s newer 24 October explanation lists $15/200 and $49/1,000. We use the newer published plan allowances for the calculations below, rather than combining the larger old allowance with the lower new price. Verify your final displayed total on the official Higgsfield pricing page.
The model entitlement matrix matters more than the credit total
| Model or workflow | Free | Starter | Plus | Ultra |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Limited free image/character generation | Yes, restricted | Paid access | Paid access | Paid access |
| Seedance 2.0 Fast and Mini | No paid allowance | Yes, subject to regional access | Yes | Yes |
| Seedance 2.5, including reference-led filmmaking | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Google Veo and Kling 3.0 at 1080p | No | Not in the selected-model allowance | Yes | Yes |
| Start & End Frame, Higgsfield Speak, UGC builder | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Parallel video generations | 1 | 2 | 6 | 8 |
| Parallel image generations | 1 | 4 | 8 | 8 |
| Commercial use under published plan terms | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
These are plan-level entitlements from Higgsfield’s 24 October explanation, not guarantees of access in every country or on launch day. Some models and controls have regional restrictions or staged roll-outs. A Starter subscriber seeking Seedance 2.5 cannot solve that access problem by buying more credits; they need an eligible tier. Conversely, a Plus subscriber producing a handful of clips should not automatically buy Ultra just because it has a lower nominal cost per credit.
Three generation quotes: still image, image-to-video and revision
Higgsfield publishes model-level credit rates, but the Generate button is the authoritative quote for the exact inputs, duration, resolution and mode. These examples use the published October rates and assume paid Credit Mode, with no promotional free generation applied. We didn’t run these as transactions on a signed-in account.
| Specified job | Configuration | Published base cost | What still needs checking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Create a still | Nano Banana Pro, one standard-resolution image | 2 credits | 4K raises the published rate to 4 credits; an eligible free-generation allowance can change the deduction |
| 2. Animate the still | Seedance 2.5, five seconds, 720p, with the image supplied as a reference | 35 credits for a five-second 720p Seedance 2.5 clip | Confirm that the image-to-video route displays this same price before generation |
| 3. Revise the result | One complete rerun of the same five-second 720p clip with an altered prompt | Another 35 credits if the same rate is quoted | A regional Edit Video operation is a different job and must be quoted separately |
Estimated total for this defined route: 72 credits. At Plus monthly’s published $49 for 1,000 credits, that is about $3.53 of the included credit allowance. It is not a separate $3.53 purchase or a guarantee that the image-reference and revision screens will quote those amounts. The 1080p Seedance 2.5 base rate is 80 credits per five seconds, so two full 1080p video attempts plus the still would instead be 162 credits before other tools.
A cheaper route to some corrections is to avoid redoing the whole clip. Cinema Studio 4.0 describes regional editing, which may preserve the rest of the shot. Its actual edit quote isn’t set by a five-second generation rate. This is where an apparently simple change to a sleeve, face, or product label can be inexpensive or require another full take, depending on the workflow used.
What Unlimited covers, and why it can still charge credits
Unlimited is an entitlement for named models, resolutions and access periods, not a plan-wide waiver. Higgsfield separates 365-day models from shorter seven-day offers and purchased marketplace access.
| Plan and billing choice | 365-day entitlement | Additional seven-day entitlement |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Seedream 5.0 Lite and FLUX.2 Pro at the specified tiers | None listed |
| Plus, monthly | Six-model image set* | Nano Banana 2, 1K/2K |
| Plus, annual | Same set* | Nano Banana 2, plus Kling 3.0 at 720p for five seconds |
| Ultra, monthly | Same set* | Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro at 1K/2K |
| Ultra, annual | Same set* | Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, plus Kling 3.0 at 720p for five seconds |
*Higgsfield lists Seedream 5.0 Lite, FLUX.2 Pro, Seedream 4.5, Nano Banana, Kling O1 Image and GPT Image, each with its specified resolution. Unlimited model lists are promotional entitlements and may differ from current purchase offers.
A generation uses no credits only when the model and settings qualify, the access window is still active, and Unlimited is enabled on the website. Switching to Credit Mode runs in a faster priority queue and deducts credits. MCP, CLI, Canvas, and Supercomputer operations deduct credits even when a similarly named manual website generation is Unlimited. The developer API has a separate dollar balance, not a share of subscription credits.
This explains a recurring source of buyer confusion: a person sees Unlimited on their plan, changes model, resolution or generation route, and then notices a lower balance. It does not prove a billing error. Before complaining or paying for a top-up, reconcile the selected model, mode and settings against the account’s active entitlement list. Higgsfield may also adjust Unlimited queue speed and concurrency during high demand, and its fair-use terms restrict automation and account sharing. For the wider market context, see our comparison of AI video generators advertising unlimited use.
Reconcile one job against your credit history
The following is an illustrative ledger, not observed account activity. It uses the 1,000-credit Plus monthly allowance and the three jobs above, assuming each completes successfully and no Unlimited toggle is active.
| Operation | Mode and setting | Quoted assumption | Balance before | Balance after |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Generate still | Nano Banana Pro, Credit Mode | 2 | 1,000 | 998 |
| Make clip | Seedance 2.5, 5s, 720p, Credit Mode | 35 | 998 | 963 |
| Rerun revised clip | Same paid settings, one new attempt | 35 | 963 | 928 |
In your actual account, record the balance before generation, take a note of the number on Generate, and check Manage Account > Usage afterwards. The usage history records deductions, model names and credited returns, although earlier activity may predate the logging feature. If a generation fails, credits are usually returned; an unwanted but successfully completed result is not normally refunded. If the numbers don’t reconcile, compare timestamps, other concurrent jobs, top-up balances, and whether you moved from Unlimited to Credit Mode.

A ten-clip monthly budget exposes the real subscription cost
Assume ten accepted clips in a month, each requiring one paid still (2 credits), one five-second 720p attempt (35 credits) and one full rerun (35 credits). The planning budget is 10 x (2 + 35 + 35) = 720 credits. Plus covers that within its published 1,000-credit allowance, leaving 280 credits. Its monthly cash charge is still $49 before tax, so the effective subscription cost for those ten accepted clips is $4.90 each, excluding staff time and other generation tools.
If every clip needs two revisions rather than one, the budget becomes 1,070 credits and exceeds Plus. At 1080p, even one rerun per clip changes the ten-job budget to 1,620 credits. This is the point to compare an Ultra subscription against a Plus top-up, not simply the advertised credit rate. If you make only two videos a month, much of a 3,000-credit Ultra allowance could expire unused.
For comparison, Google Veo’s own pricing routes have different credit and payment systems. Do not equate a Higgsfield credit with a Google Flow credit or an API dollar.
Credit expiry, cancellation and switching plans
Subscription credits expire at the next allowance refresh and do not roll over. Monthly subscribers receive their next allowance after the renewal payment. Annual subscribers pay for the year upfront but receive refreshed credits every 30 days, not the entire year’s credits in one usable pot. Separate Credit Packs and Auto-Refill balances expire 90 days after purchase; promotional balances follow their own stated expiry date. Higgsfield spends subscription credits first and then other balances by nearest expiry.
Changing from monthly to annual billing can take effect immediately with a prorated payment and a reset credit cycle. Reversing annual to monthly outside the initial refund conditions usually means waiting until the paid year ends. Refund eligibility narrows once you’ve spent credits. Purchased pack credits can remain after cancellation, but usable models revert to free-tier access. Leave automatic top-ups off while you establish your actual cost per accepted result.
Which Higgsfield subscription makes sense?
Start with Starter for occasional paid images and eligible entry-level video models, provided the precise model you want is included. Choose Plus for Seedance 2.5, Veo, higher-resolution Kling and advanced video controls; its allowance is a better starting budget for a defined project than buying Ultra speculatively. Move to Ultra when recorded paid generations repeatedly exceed 1,000 credits per reset or parallel production is a real bottleneck. Teams should cost the minimum seat count, pooled usage and controls before comparing their per-seat headline with an individual plan.
If you’re wondering whether Cinema Studio’s camera controls, Elements, and editing suit your work, read our Higgsfield review. The review covers creative strengths and limitations; this page owns the plan matrix and costs. Before you buy, open your actual generator, choose the final model and mode, and check the quoted cost for one still, one clip, and one revision. That three-step check is more reliable than estimating from an Unlimited badge.
