Keep your everyday replies ready

Three steps to less retyping.

  1. Save a reply

Install and pin the extension. Add your text and a shortcut such as /hello, then choose Save snippet locally.

  2. Enable your tab

Open the extension on the page you’re using and select Enable shortcuts on this tab.

  3. Make it a shortcut

Close the popup. Type /hello in a supported field and press Tab. In Google Docs, slash opens a picker to select your snippet.

Shortcuts switch off on reload or after 30 minutes. Enable them again when needed, or use Choose target field for a single insertion.

Where does it work?

Tested with ordinary text fields in Chrome on Windows. Google Docs is an instant-insertion preview: check your text and saving state. It does not support paced Docs typing, Word, Excel, native desktop apps or mobile browsers. Mac verification is still pending. Rich website editors can behave differently.

Where are my snippets stored?

Snippet text stays in extension storage until you insert or export it. Account connection shares membership status, not your snippet library. Text inserted into another website is handled by that website. Read the extension privacy notice.

Practice snapshots and account tools

Save a website practice snapshot

Save reusable snippets using Save snippet locally in the Chrome extension. This separate website snapshot saves a completed practice run to your private DIY AI account with an eligible membership; it does not add a snippet to the extension.

Pair the desktop extension

Pairing shares membership capabilities only. Snippets stay in the extension. A token expires after 24 hours; creating a new token revokes the previous one.
