Then make one revision: change only Shot 4 to a low-angle medium shot. Do not alter Leon’s face, apron, eyeline, the counter, lighting or any other panel. Score revision fidelity as heavily as character consistency

Character consistency gets most of the attention, but revision fidelity is where storyboard software starts saving or wasting production time. A director rarely approves the first board unchanged. Shots get widened, reversed, reordered, cut or replaced after feedback.

Add hard-fail rules.
