DIY AI Independent Tool Evaluation terms
This service is a provider-funded, independent evaluation of an AI tool. The fee is a one-time payment for testing work, evidence collection and editorial assessment; it does not buy an outcome.
Access, timing and scope
You must provide lawful, safe and workable product access. Queue timing is an estimate, not an absolute deadline. DIY AI may reject, pause or terminate a test where a product is inaccessible, unsafe, unlawful, substantially unfinished, outside current categories, a white-label duplicate, or cannot be compared fairly.
Editorial independence
Payment does not guarantee publication, dataset inclusion, a score, ranking, recommendation or backlink. DIY AI retains full editorial control. Providers may correct factual errors during the factual-review window, but have no publication veto and cannot require removal of supported criticism.
Disclosure and supplied access
Provider-funded testing and the source of supplied access or credits may be disclosed in published coverage. Do not submit passwords, private API keys, customer data or other secrets through checkout. DIY AI will provide a secure route where protected access is required.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund before testing begins only, except where consumer or statutory rights require otherwise.
Intellectual property, data and liability
You confirm that you may provide all materials and access needed for testing. Submission details, correspondence and payment records are handled under the site privacy policy and applicable retention practices. Contact DIY AI using the approved site contact details for correction, deletion or service questions. Legal/business details and governing law must be confirmed by the site owner before launch.
