How to create your avatar video
- Prepare your narration: choose saved audio, upload a recording, or write a script and select a voice. New speech has its own credit quote before it is created.
- Add your portrait: upload a clear photo of one person or select an image from Assets. Choose the framing for your video.
- Review the price and generate: confirm the displayed credit quote. Follow the queue status, elapsed time and estimated wait in the progress display.
- Watch and download: your completed avatar video appears in Studio, in your Assets and in the selected project.

Do I need to clone my voice first?
No. You can choose a ready-to-use voice or upload a finished recording. If you want to use your own voice, clone it first, create speech with it, then use that narration in your avatar video.
Which files should I use?
Choose a clear, front-facing portrait with one visible face and narration with one clearly audible speaker. Uploaded recordings must be MP3 or PCM WAV, 1 to 30 seconds long and no larger than 2 MB. You need permission to use the portrait and the voice.
How many credits does an avatar video cost?
The current video price is 4 base credits plus 4 credits per started 5 seconds. A video up to 5 seconds costs 8 credits; a 30-second video costs 28 credits. Creating new speech is quoted separately. Uploading or reusing existing narration does not incur another speech-generation charge. Always review the current quote before starting.
How long does generation take?
Allow several minutes. Rendering time depends on narration length, the queue and whether the video worker needs to start. The progress estimate is a guide, not a guaranteed delivery time. You can reload the page and continue following the job.
Where are my finished videos saved?
Completed avatar videos appear in your private Assets and selected project. Play them in Studio or download the video. The storage deadlines and save options shown in your account also apply to avatar videos.
